Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after fulfillment. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Pre-order cancellations
You're welcome to cancel your pre-order if you change your mind, but you can only cancel prior to the day I ship them out (currently estimated October 24, 2025). Please contact me via the "contact" page if you'd like to cancel your order. After your order is shipped, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your shipment, please send us a message via the "contact" page with your order number and a description of your issue.
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
